Meet the Speaker
Dr Nadi Gupta

Dr Gupta qualified from the University of Sheffield and completed her specialist training at Sheffield Teaching hospitals NHS Trust. She has been working in Sexual Health and HIV since 2004.

She is currently the Clinical Lead of the Integrated Sexual Health service at Rotherham Hospital. She is also a Trustee member of the British HIV Association Executive Committee.

She is passionate about medical education and is an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer, which was awarded by the Academic Unit of Medical Education, University of Sheffield. She has been invited to teach on multiple nationally recognised courses, such as the Sexually Transmitted Infection Foundation Course, Course of Five and the SRH Essentials course.

She has co-authored chapters in medical textbooks including the ABC of Sexually Transmitted Infections and the internationally acclaimed Rook’s Textbook of Dermatology. She has also written articles for Prescriber journal on the management of STI’s in primary care.

She is married to a GP and has two children. In her spare time, she enjoys singing and participating in amateur dramatic productions.
