Stella Hornby is a Consultant Ophthalmologist specialising in Urgent Eye Care & Primary Care Ophthalmology with over 30 years experience in Ophthalmology. She is the former Clinical Director the Oxford Eye Hospital, current clinical lead for Eye Emergency Department and set up an email advice service for GPs and community optometrists. She has organised training courses for GPs, pharmacists, and emergency practitioners. She is interested in promoting ophthalmic education and is known for her pragmatic practical approach to ophthalmology.
