Dr Rahul Mohan

Dr Rahul Mohan has been working as a GP in Rushcliffe, Nottingham at West Bridgford Health centre. He also works as a GPwER in Diabetes and is the GP Lead for the Community Diabetes Services. He is the chair of the Task and Finish group of Diabetes and Technology for Nottingham and Nottinghamshire ICB. As a Clinical Lead, he has been involved in the re-design of Diabetes services, clinical guidelines and in bringing newer medications/interventions that help to deliver improved health outcomes for people living with diabetes.  He is the secretary-elect of the Primary Care Diabetes Society (PCDS) and is a member of South Asian Health Foundation (SAHF), these roles have provided opportunities to work at national level across the nations in UK.
