Dr Emma Wedgeworth MA MBBS FRCP (UK) is a Consultant Dermatologist based on Harley Street in Central London, with extensive experience in all aspects of adult and paediatric dermatology. She has a particular interest in acne and rosacea, eczema, sun damage and cosmetic dermatology, and treats a wide range of conditions including psoriasis, hair and scalp disorders and complex inflammatory skin disease.

Dr Emma graduated from the University of Cambridge with a first class degree in Medical Sciences and went on to complete her clinical training at Imperial College School of Medicine, where she was awarded multiple prizes and scholarships. After general medical training and membership of the Royal College of Physicians, she undertook specialist training in dermatology at the internationally renowned St John's Institute of Dermatology at Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital in London, followed by a post-CCT fellowship in Paediatric Dermatology.

Dr Emma now works exclusively in the private sector from her practice at 55 Harley Street, where she offers detailed, personalised consultations for both adults and children. Her approach combines up-to-date medical and procedural treatments with a strong focus on practical, realistic skin care routines that fit into everyday life. She is known for clear, down-to-earth communication and for helping patients understand their skin so they can take an active role in long-term management.

Alongside her clinical work, Dr Emma is actively involved in the dermatology community as Treasurer of the British Cosmetic Dermatology Group, a member of the British Association of Dermatologists Social Media Working Party, and a spokesperson for the British Skin Foundation. She contributes regularly to media and education on skin health, and is frequently invited to comment on topics such as acne, eczema and healthy ageing.
