Dr Wayne Kampers graduated from the University of Cape Town Medical School in South Africa in 1988.
He was the Medical Director and Chief Physician of a busy GP Practice in Canada prior to completing his Specialist Training in the UK in 2003. He has worked as a Consultant in General Adult and Elderly
Care Psychiatry since 2003. He specialises in many areas of Psychiatry including Mood Disorders, Anxiety Spectrum Disorders, Stress-related Disorders, Psychoses, Substance Misuse, Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Dementia.
He has a special interest in Stress-induced Chronic Pain Syndrome. He also has extensive Medico-Legal experience in both the Civil and Criminal Justice Systems.

Since starting her career as a Mental Health Nurse in 1991 Sarah has worked in a variety of NHS settings across primary and secondary care. After completing a Masters in CBT/REBT at Goldsmiths College (London University), she worked in NHS and independent sector practicing CBT with individuals and groups.
Sarah was appointed as Senior Lecturer in Mental Health at the University of Central Lancashire in 2004 and has endeavoured to support those wishing to develop expertise in evidence based approaches to mental health. She teaches and manages a number CBT courses and contributes to the training of Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners as part of the IAPT initiative.
Current clinical practice include working as a CBT Therapist at the Priory Hospital Preston and providing clinical supervision for CBT Therapists at Blackpool PCT. She is co-author of “Overcoming Depression” with Professor Windy Dryden and is currently participating in research into service user involvement with education.
